These terms govern your use of KidSwing (the "app"). By downloading or using KidSwing, you agree to these terms. KidSwing is built and operated by an independent developer in Commerce Township, Michigan.

Using KidSwing

KidSwing is a coaching aid intended to support — not replace — instruction from a qualified coach or trainer. Metrics shown in the app (hand speed, swing path, attack angle, and similar) are estimates generated from camera-based detection and may not be perfectly precise.

Physical activity and safety

KidSwing is used during physical activity involving bats, balls, and young athletes. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment during any session — including camera and tripod placement, player spacing, and supervision appropriate to the player's age and skill level. KidSwing does not supervise or guarantee the safety of any session.

Accounts and player profiles

Player profiles are created and managed by the parent or coach using the app. You're responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for managing access to your device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a one-time purchase or subscription, processed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms and policies. Where a license includes a renewal bonus or promotional grant, the specific terms of that offer will be described at the time it's presented.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use KidSwing for any purpose other than personal or team coaching use as intended
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's detection software
• Use the app in a way that violates the rights of any player, coach, or third party

Intellectual property

KidSwing, its design, branding, and underlying software are the property of the developer. Player data you enter remains yours — see the Privacy Policy for how it's stored and what control you have over it.

No warranty

KidSwing is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose, including player evaluation, recruiting, or injury prevention.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to injuries that occur during a session.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted within the app.
